Donna Nichols

Donna joined the staff in 2010 with prior experience working with us in 2003 and 2004.  Donna’s duties include stat tracking, software implementation and training as well as overseeing all aspects of process administration for the practice.  She and her husband Tom live in Ava and together they have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.  They attend the Ava United Methodist Church where they both serve on committees.  Donna’s main enjoyment is attending their grandchildren’s events as well as reading, walking and fishing.

 Shawna Barnum

Shawna has been an employee since April 2010.  She is an optician and oversees all aspects of frame and lens selection, adjustments and repairs.  Shawna and her husband Josh live in Ava and have three children Tori, Chloe and Reid.  When not at work Shawna enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.

 Nicole Palmer

Nicole joined OFVC in 2011.  She earned her Associate of Science at Drury University and is currently one semester away from receiving a Bachelors Degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology.  Nicole oversees patient pre-testing, Medicaid billing and contact lens insertion and removal education.  She lives in Ava with JD and their son Caiden.  Her family enjoys many activities, mostly spending time with friends and family.
